Services provided

Symmetry Way builds and manages websites, social media content and advertising campaigns for small and local businesses. The specific scope, timeline and deliverables for your project are confirmed in writing during our consultation before any work begins.

Project fees

Websites are sold as one-time projects. Unless agreed otherwise in writing:

• 50% of the project fee is paid before work starts and 50% on launch.
• There is no subscription and no minimum term.
• Hosting, support and ongoing updates are quoted separately if you want them.

Payments

Prices shown on this site are starting prices. Final pricing, payment schedule and any add-ons are confirmed with you before work begins. Payments already made are non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Ownership

Your content, brand assets and domain remain yours at all times. Once the project is delivered and paid in full, the finished website is yours to keep — including the design and the code. There is no recurring fee to keep it live.

Revisions and scope

The number of revision rounds included is agreed before work begins. Work beyond the agreed scope is quoted separately and only started once you approve it in writing.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate business information, any content or assets you ask us to publish, and the necessary rights to use them. You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or using it in a way that could damage, disable or impair its operation.

Results

We build systems designed to generate inquiries, but we do not guarantee specific results, rankings, lead volume or revenue. Advertising performance depends on factors outside our control, including your market, offer and budget.

Limitation of liability

Symmetry Way provides this website and its services on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our services.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
